Who we are – Precision Health and Training Ltd was founded and started trading in 2022. Precision specialises in ear wax micro suctioning, travel vaccinations, cryotherapy plus other services including First Aid Training.

How we collect information – We may have some of your personal and confidential information stored on file to provide safe, high-quality services.
The records we hold may include:
- Name, Date of Birth and next of kin
- Email Address
- Correspondence to GP if clinically indicated Information stored may also include sensitive information such as race, gender and disability
- Medical notes, detailing treatment decision, treatment given, prescriptions given, vaccination given and reports about your health and past medical history
- Appointment visit information
How we use information – Your information is used to make quality decisions about the care and treatment that is delivered by Precision Health and Training. Having all the relevant information allows the trained staff to make safe and effective decisions about your treatment decisions. Your data will also be used for research and audit but will not be shared with 3rd parties other than your General Practitioner.
Protecting your Data – Your personal information is protected against theft, corruption, virus threats and accidental loss by only collecting and storing the data we need, destroying any data that is no longer needed, no third parties have access to your personal information. Personal information is stored on encrypted NHS approved devices and software that is GDPR compliant with double authentication encrypted access. Processes will be reviewed periodically to check the safety of data storage and immediate action will be taken if needed.

Terms and Conditions
Valuables – Precision Health and Training Ltd do not accept responsibility for loss of cash or valuables whilst on the premises.
Cancelling Appointments – If you are unable to make your appointment, please make contact and either cancel or reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience. Consecutive cancellations or non-attendances may result in further appointments being refused.
